must mail a copy of the completed
Skills Standards sheet along with the completed Information
Sheet (included in PDF) to the Grand Rapids
Chamber of Commerce. Once the Skills Standards
form is reviewed
and approved by the committee, the recipient will
receive a Certificate of Skills Attainment. |
